Located at the foot of the Croix-de-Chavaux metro station, the office building constructed in the 1980s is being refurbished to house, over 13,000 m², offices, co-living, a hotel and shops.
The basement spaces are thus made up of several levels of car parking and common areas. The ground floor and upper levels include various services (public treasury, job-centre office, restaurant, coworking, shops…). On the upper floors, the tower includes accommodation and accessible terraces, including a panoramic terrace on level 12.
The refurbishment consists of a partial demolition of volumes, allowing the spaces at forecourt level to be raised and fostering an opening onto the city. The forecourt is redeveloped into a meeting place, equipped with a bicycle shelter and a repositioned gallery.
