PAR8 is the first of the 4 data centres of the future Interxion Paris Digital Park, reinforcing the largest digital business campus in France serving companies and service providers. The building, formed by a circular exoskeleton and more than 20 metres high, includes 43,200 m² of server rooms to host the confidential digital data of numerous customers. The building envelope acts as an acoustic barrier to limit the noise impact of the installations.
The site also aims to train young adults who have left school in certain digital trades. The premises will host the integration programme “Plombiers du numérique”, which makes it possible to become, for example, a data-centre cabling technician.
