Green Office® Enjoy is located in the eco-district of the ZAC Clichy Batignolles in Paris, in the 17th arrondissement.
A positive-energy office building, Enjoy also benefits from a unique and innovative structure, being a mixed timber and concrete construction, with a floor area of 17,400 m² GFA. Thanks to this innovative design, the building saves 2,900 tonnes of carbon compared with a conventional concrete project (equivalent to planting 1,500 trees).
The building is constructed on a slab, above the railway tracks, over 7 levels and 1 shallow basement level.
The building is part of the ambitions pursued by the City of Paris, namely achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.
