MONTROUGE PORTE SUD

The Montrouge Porte Sud project concerns the heavy restructuring of an existing building and the addition of timber-frame extensions. Made up of approximately 1,400 m² of gardens and 1,800 m² of planted terraces, it targets the labels and certifications HQE Excellent, LEED Gold, BBCA (Low-Carbon Building), WELL Gold, BiodiverCity and Wiredscore.
