Approaching its 150th anniversary, emlyon business school is building new learning pathways in a reinvented 30,000 m² space in the Gerland district, in the 7th arrondissement of Lyon.
Versatility is achieved by drawing inspiration from the contemporary office, through an efficient and ultra-flexible generic typology. For their training, emlyon business school is reinventing a place of education that responds to the ongoing technological and societal upheavals and can continuously adapt to the changes that will characterise the coming decades.
The design and construction of this new site were entrusted to a multidisciplinary consortium led by Altarea Cogedim as developer, PCA-STREAM as lead architect and Insolites Architectures for the construction. It will be the first site to host, in a single place, a major business school recognised for its academic excellence and a co-learning platform dedicated to employability and the professions of the future.
