The METAL 57 operation consists of the restructuring and extension of the original building by Claude Vasconi (1984), located on the Rives de Seine in Boulogne-Billancourt.
The project provides for the partial demolition, the retention and refurbishment of about 50% of the existing Vasconi building, and the creation of an extension, together forming a property complex of approximately 37,000 m² of floor area comprising:
– The refurbished building (ground floor + 2)
– A new extension (ground floor + 7 + mezzanine)
– 4 levels of infrastructure housing a car park of approximately 530 spaces, bicycle and two-wheeler storage and technical rooms
