Located in the Cloche d’Or district, this 12-storey building will be the new headquarters of the American bank State Street.
The building’s façades, in the form of stairs, are fitted with fixed metal slats serving as sunshades, thus reducing internal overheating and energy consumption, notably by reducing the use of air conditioning.
The project offers pleasant workspaces, with relaxation areas and landscaped terraces.
