The Pommard project consists of the refurbishment of the building located at the corner of rue Poncelet and rue des Renaudes, in the 17th arrondissement of Paris.
The project aims to replace all the existing façades and works in depth on the volume of the current building, providing for major demolitions and extensions, and thus proposing a new relationship between inside and outside with largely glazed façades and a glazed roof at the heart of the block, enabling a new office use.
