This project involves the renovation of the Racine Tower, formerly the Office National des Forêts (ONF) tower, located at 2 Avenue de Saint-Mandé in Paris’s 12th arrondissement.
The ONF tower is a small high-rise building with 10 floors, 37 meters high, built in 1976 based on plans by architects Thieulin and de Vigan.
