GARE VERSAILLES CHANTIERS – L18

The new Versailles Chantiers station serves a dense urban environment. Located as close as possible to the current Versailles Chantiers station, the second busiest station in Île-de-France after La Défense (excluding central Paris), it provides connections with RER C lines, the Transilien network, the TGV and the future Tram-Trains.
The architectural design of the station is carried out by the agency Dietmar Feichtinger Architectes, within the Icare consortium, in charge of the project management for the line’s infrastructure. The architects will work in compliance with the architecture and design charter developed with the help of Jacques Ferrier, consulting architect to the Société des Grands Projets.
