The project consists of creating a new retail development in place of the current Galerie Gaîté, as part of the renovation of the Montparnasse district.
Designed by the Dutch agency MVRDV, the project consists of a juxtaposition of volumes made up of multicoloured, largely glazed boxes, inviting passers-by to step inside.
