Domaine Charlot

Located in Beausoleil, a town adjoining Monaco. This ambitious project continues the urban renewal programmes undertaken by the municipal team for several years to meet the needs and uses of residents. The project includes the refurbishment of Villa Chêne, the construction of an extension to house the media library, a restaurant, a multipurpose hall and the offices linked to the operation of the venue. The gardens to the north, east and south of Villa Chêne are refurbished. Villa Émilie is deconstructed to make way for an artist’s house with housing units and a studio. The stable, the lean-tos and the garage are deconstructed.
