Arcora’s mission consisted of studying the renovation of the facade, focusing specifically on energy efficiency (particularly with the double skin) and thermal performance (installation of triple glazing). The energy studies required more mass for the facades by tripling their width. 3D modeling was also used to perform a thermal assessment, particularly to quantify thermal bridges, and studies were conducted on the risks of surface condensation and anti-fogging.
