The project consists of the refurbishment of the office floors from the 2nd to the 6th floor, with removal and creation of a new façade on the inner courtyard.
The creation of a Type PS ERP (public-access building) for a basement bicycle car park, and a reconfiguration of the office and ERP access halls on the ground floor.
