Arcora’s mission consisted of studying the refurbishment of the façade, and more specifically the energy issues (in particular with the double skin) and thermal issues (installation of triple glazing). The energy studies required more mass for the façades by tripling their width. 3D models also made it possible to carry out a thermal assessment, in particular quantifying the thermal bridges, and studies were carried out on the risks of surface condensation and anti-fogging.
