MARCHÉ SAINT-HONORÉ

The refurbishment of the Marché Saint-Honoré aims to create an innovative and environmentally high-performing project, incorporating the notion of reversibility while fostering a better connection with the city. In terms of architectural concept, the work focuses on showcasing the façades, harmonising the two buildings and bringing them into line with the architecture of the district. Circulation within the Marché Saint-Honoré is also rethought. The architectural intent is based on generous clear heights, optimised floor areas and openness to the outside. The main objective is to enhance the different spaces and their uses. Respect for and enhancement of the original architecture, achieved through precise work in collaboration with Bofill Taller de Arquitectura.
