This 33-storey “bridge” building, 150 metres high, stands out in particular for being set on a concrete slab suspended above seven tracks.
Trinity is the first tower at La Défense to develop an off-centre core with a “living heart” that moves the lifts behind a glazed façade. In this way, the building’s activity is revealed, employees are visible from the outside and enjoy the La Défense landscape.
At the top of the tower, six floors merge into three duplexes, the 25th floor has a panoramic terrace and the 33rd will house a large meeting room. Through this transparency and its highly interactive character, the Trinity tower displays to the La Défense district its high technical, urban, architectural but also ecological ambitions, as it is fitted with bioclimatic glass façades acting as external insulation and holds the dual HQE Exceptional and BREEAM Excellent certification.
