FRESK

Visible and emblematic at the gates of Paris 15th, within the Issy-Boulogne business hub, Fresk is an office building undergoing restructuring.
Designed to meet the well-being of its users and the evolution of working methods, Fresk will offer modular and reversible spaces: a services base, a place for living and working, atypical spaces on the upper floors and a rooftop with a stunning view of Paris.
The building’s emblematic architecture highlights the communicating façade of “Fresk”, over 60 linear metres long. Through play of contrast and transparency, the “Fresk” façade reveals the uses and the inner activity of the building.
The project involves the creation of additional floor area arranged in tiers with terraces, and the creation of terraces with views.
